If a man is using you, he will show patterns like:
- He calls only when he needs something
- He disappears when you need him
- He never invests time, effort, or money
- He avoids emotional conversations
- The relationship feels one-sided
- He makes you feel guilty for asking for basic respect
- He doesn’t introduce you to friends or family
- He wants intimacy but not commitment
- He makes excuses instead of building with you
If you always give and he always takes — you’re being used.
